In less than 12-days, Chester added another 100 COVID-19 cases and hits two notorious marks: 1,000 cases and 3% of the population.

Chester City now has 1,043 COVID-19 cases from the start of the pandemic (2nd highest in the county) which accounts for 3.08% of the population (7th highest in the county).

I showed these charts to an out of town friend who immediately asked what’s being done to control the rise in cases in Chester. She concluded there’s no response because my readers don’t know how to read and interpret a chart.
