Chester Upland Youth Soccer (CUYS), a local organization that offers free after-school soccer training, nutrition education and mentorship to almost 500 students every year, has opened its registration for the fall.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, CUYS will only be providing virtual training through Zoom for the fall season.

Registration is online at and available to students in kindergarten through seventh grade in Chester and Upland.

Players will enjoy two 45-minute training sessions per week and play cleverly crafted games from their homes in a third 45-minute session, at a set weekly schedule, from late September through early December. Each session will be led by trained and enthusiastic coach-mentors who are executing the US Soccer Foundation’s nationwide Soccer for Success program. A variety of special surprises are also being planned for participants.
