Starting at 10 a.m. Monday, Delaware County Council will stream a press conference to update residents on the coronavirus pandemic.

Today’s Delaware County Daily Times editorial is ‘Online Meetings Represent Challenges for Municipalities’ which features an online Norristown council meeting that got interrupted by porn.

Delaware County Council does it right when it comes to streaming meetings. Since they started the online format, they can be seen and heard without interruption.

Hopefully, municipalities will tune in today and take a few notes – maybe even ask a few questions to learn how their council meetings can be as effective.

I’m almost certain it’s not rocket science.
