The Chester Panthers youth football teams celebrated this year’s homecoming games at Veterans Memorial Park in front of a capacity crowd of supporters, parents, scouts, recruiters, and international media coverage. I got there for the last two games and was told the Goodyear blimp and crew from ESPN had already left.

As always, a few of the Chester Panthers teams put up big wins sprinkled in with a nail biter or two to be respectful to our visiting team from Philadelphia.

The official Chester Panther concession stand must have had a great day because several menu items were sold out, so no one went home hungry.

As usual, the family friendly event enjoyed the sounds of our favorite DJ and the choreography of a slew of cheerleaders.
