There’s probably about 8 of you out there who knew I had a radio show on an Internet radio station out of Chester called Best Core Radio. Every Friday night you could listen in to Beautiful Black Music which was a 1-hour program featuring R&B songs you don’t hear on the radio for guys like me who don’t like listening to what they play on the radio.

After Episode 40 it was over but I had more shows recorded for the show. I created a podcast and just finished loading all 44 shows on ‘Beautiful Black Music’ podcast which you can find on Apple Podcast and the Google player.

To my surprise, people have been subscribing and listening to the podcast without any promotion, so I dipped back on the computer to pick up where the Best Core collection left off.

There are about a dozen playlists sitting on the computer and the next one up just happened to be recorded during Black History Month with some of the iconic old songs that represent well.

The first song is Gil Scott Heron’s ‘The Revolution will not be Televised.’ Check out the 1-hour Episode 45 of Beautiful Black Music HERE and please excuse my excitement when you here me play DJ. I haven’t done one of these in a while.

An old promo…
