A few of you asked about the Crozer Library break in. Here’s the details.

Sometime around midnight last Sunday into Monday, a brick was thrown through an upper window. The bad guys climbed on a trash can to get inside. They stole an approximate $3.50 from a donation jar and left.

The window has been repaired and bars will be placed on the few windows that don’t already have them (at the expense of the library).

And no, the bad guys did not steal or damage any of the computers. They didn’t even take a book, which is probably the least of their concerns.

You may make a donation to the library to help defray the cost of securing the windows. Every little bit counts. 620 Engle Street, Chester, PA 19013.
