The ladies of Fuzion Sol Band first hit Chester during last year’s Chester City Awards held at MJ Freed Theater before a full house of over 200 people. Mayor Thaddeus Kirkland was so impressed that he insisted they perform at his Cross Colors event where, I’m told, they stole the show.
After much schedule wrangling, Fuzion Sol Band will return to Chester in a rare winter concert at Andre Acoustique (5th & Edgmont Ave) on Friday, February 10 at 8pm.
Fuzion Sol Band will perform two 45 minute sets, only interrupted for an intermission where Andre’s always provides great food and drink. It’s worth the price of admission just for the food.
Thanks to the intimacy of Andre’s theater along with abundant stage lighting and sound system, it’s a perfect setup for Fuzion Sol Band to conduct their first full concert live taping.
Fuzion Sol Band features four female vocalists who perform popular new and old R&B hits creatively arranged and powerfully delivered with precise 4-part harmonies that stimulate the senses. And, their band, led by keyboardist France ‘LilWonder’ Boulware, is comprised of professional musicians who are as good as they come.
A big surprise will soon be announced that will occur at intermission.
Tickets are $25. 609-462-9000
