Served in the Marriott Dining Room, located on the first floor of Academic Center North on 17th Street between Walnut Street and Melrose Avenue on the Main Campus in Chester, the buffet-style lunches are prepared on the following Tuesday afternoons from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A takeout option is also available.

October 4, 11, 18 | November: 1, 8, 15, 29 | December: 6

The students who are participating in the class will learn how to be creative and work with nutritious ingredients and will also have the opportunity to experience all aspects of operating a restaurant and food production management.

p.s. It’s been a couple years since I’ve gone, but if you want to make an impression on someone, or just eat some great food in a fine dining restaurant atmosphere, you owe it to yourself to get over there.
