The illegal drug business in Chester is no where near as big an enterprise as it was during the  New Jack City crack era of the 80s and 90s, but there’s occasionally reports of small drug busts here and there. Now, Chester is well known as the home to several methadone clinics serving mostly out of towers with their heroin and pill popping addictions, with more clinics to come.

It’s not uncommon to find small amounts of weed, coke, and crack in Chester, but lately the street merchants are dabbling in heroin and pills which attract a hungry tourist clientele with money to burn.

But who knew Chester had its own version of Walter White living among us?

Today’s Delcotimes.com reports of a 56 year old dead ringer for meth king character Walter White from AMC’s Breaking Bad series who lives in Chester but got caught in neighboring Eddystone with his collection of crystal methamphetamine and associated paraphernalia sitting in his car.

I wonder how familiar he was to his Chester neighbors on the 2400 block of Madison Ave. I wonder how welcome he’ll be when he comes back home.
