In other words, the movie, made mostly in Chester, which features several Chester people and depicting a fair and honest Chester as the powers that be worked through the painful process of bringing professional soccer to our city, has hit the big time with this landmark distribution deal.

Sons of Ben tells the story of a passionate group of Philadelphia soccer fans who embark on a quest to bring a Major League Soccer franchise to their city, exploring how the experience changes them and a struggling city (Chester) by making both a part of something larger.

Sons of Ben will available for streaming and download on iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, and cable TV Video-on-Demand.

The film will be released on Friday, July 22, 2016 to coincide with Major League Soccer’s All-Star Week Festivities.
