Language barriers among witnesses are adding difficulty to the investigation

In this age of ‘no snitching,’ you’d think that if they found witnesses willing to talk, the police wouldn’t stop short of contacting the United Nations for an interpreter.

I just hope the language barrier isn’t Spanish. There are too many Spanish speaking people in this city for the police force to not have someone they can call on that a witness could speak to.
